Therefore, we develop custom training programs for specific target groups such as the board, finance, HR, and IT. Information only becomes truly actionable when knowledge is combined with the context in which your employees operate daily.

Cybersecurity for the Board

Is your organization ready for NIS2? What does NIS2 mean for executives? Why should you, as an executive, be the flag bearer of the cybersecurity program? What is Europe trying to achieve with this legislation? What are the risks if you don't comply, and what opportunities does it offer your organization?

This training can be attended with your own board, but also with board members from other organizations. In one day, at a top location centrally located in the country, you will be guided through the ins and outs of cybersecurity at the executive level. No technical jargon, but fundamental and functional information that helps you steer your organization towards cyber safety.

TableTops: Incident Response Training

Incident management is a skill that you need to practice and test regularly to act effectively when it matters. Is there a plan, does the plan work, does everyone know the plan, and do you know who is responsible for what?

Incident response is often stressful. A serious cyber incident can threaten the survival of your organization and cause significant operational, financial, or reputational damage. Therefore, you need to practice this. Our TableTops simulate an incident scenario in a fun and accessible way. The goal is collaboration and lively discussions about approaches, missing documentation, and improved role distribution. It's not about right or wrong, but about learning together. Chips and soda recommended!

We prefer to conduct TableTops on-site. In half a day, we take your team through a scenario and facilitate a learning session. Afterwards, we evaluate with the entire team and define improvement points. You will receive a report with our observations, which you can use as evidence during audits.
